Thanks to Richard and Juliette for visiting Brentry Primary. We weren’t too lucky with the weather and our tree champions even got first hand experience of putting up an emergency gazebo to keep the rain off! We were however able to explore how connected we feel to nature and got up close to trees exploring how they feel, sound and smell. Tree Champions took some amazing pictures by looking at nature from all angles and we had plenty of discussion about climate change, trees and what we can do to help our natural world. Unfortunately we ran out of time for the VR activity but we will share this with all students at a later date. We are definitely a force for nature.
