Julie Newman at St Alban’s CE Primary School has discussed the importance of learning and engagement with nature in a recent teaching blog on the Department for Education’s website, sharing the power of the Young Tree Champions programme and other nature initiatives.
Julie was invited to write the blog after contacting the DfE about the Sustainability Strategy released earlier this year.
There is space to add comments to Julie’s blog and the DfE may be interested to hear from other project leads willing to share their ideas and thoughts that link to the Sustainability Strategy.
