We entered some of our school-grown veg in the Westbury on Trym show and won first place for our veg grown from Sus-WOT plants or seeds. Sus-WOT (Sustainable Westbury on Trym are a local group trying to encourage everyone to adapt the ways in which we travel, eat, work and consume and in the process create a happier, healthier, more sustainable and closer-knit community. We bought some plants from them (and they kindly donated others) to use in our school garden and they grew well thanks to the efforts of our gardening club. Well done everyone!
