This week, Hutchesons’ received a second consignment of 90 hedge whips to plant at our H@PP site from The Tree Council. The Eco-Committee and Pre-school pupils planted the first batch of hedging and are pleased to report that they are growing well. Members from P7 enjoyed getting to know some of the S1 Eco-Committee as they worked together to plant a further 10m of hedging. This will provide a useful screen next to the carpark and encourage biodiversity at this site. It was great to see young people being a force for nature!
