Working hard on expanding our networks as a Beacon School, we teamed up with One Tree Per Child and as a school we planted over 270 trees last Thursday. KS1 had an amazing assembly from John who told them why we need to plant trees and showed us some of the world’s most amazing trees. KS2 all got outside to plant an impressive 270 trees with the aim of increasing biodiversity on our school grounds. All the children loved it and said they wished they could do this every day! Amazing team effort.
