Force for Nature online festival

The Tree Council is teaming up with M&G plc and Kusuma Trust and partners, including Eco-schools, to deliver the very first Force for Nature online festival. An exciting celebration event that brings together schools from across the UK to celebrate and share their achievements, and everyone is invited.

Special guests Lucy Lapwing (BBC Spring Watch) and Benjamin Haycock (ITV The Voice) will be inspiring us all to Be a Force for Nature.

About the event

The Force for Nature online festival is a great opportunity to feel part of this exciting campaign and celebrate the wonder of trees and nature. The event has been designed to enhance your school day and inspire your school and children to be a Force for Nature. The details and registration information can be found below.

England and Wales Schools

Date: Wednesday 14 July 2021 @ 1pm – 2.15pm

Festival agenda:

Special festival moments: what you can look forward to!

  • Lucy Lapwing (BBC Spring Watch) will be inspiring everyone to be a force for nature. 
  • Young Tree Champions – Beacon school announcements
  • Our ambassadors, a special message will be shared by Amy Bray, founder of Another Way, and a unique insight will be shared from all our ambassadors on their exciting role, and how to get involved.
  • Speaking up for trees and nature competition winners will be announced and played at the festival.
  • The finale includes a performance by Benjamin Haycock (ITV Voice finalist) who has written and will be playing the Force for Nature campaign song. 

Register for the event

A lead teacher will be required to register for the event. We are encouraging new schools to also setup a club account to receive exclusive access to the festival, competitions, free resources and teacher training and our termly news bulletin.
